Returns & Refunds

At ARQQOS, we believe every step should feel like relief. If your slippers or insoles aren't the perfect fit, we're here to help. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as products are in new condition and in their original packaging. To maintain eligibility, we recommend trying products on indoors on a clean surface only.

Returnable items:

  • Slippers and insoles showing no visible wear
  • Products in original, undamaged packaging
  • Items tried on indoors only (on clean surfaces)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products with visible wear or damage
  • Items outside the 30-day return window
  • Customized products (printed logos or custom colors)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Find your order number in your confirmation email or account.

Step 2: Email us at support@arqqos.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Step 4: Ship your items back to us. We'll inspect them upon arrival.

Important: Always request return authorization before shipping. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Simply request an exchange during the return process. Once we receive and inspect your original items, we'll ship your replacement with standard worldwide shipping at no extra charge.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return arrives, is inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition.

  • Original payment method: Refunds are credited to the payment method used for purchase
  • Shipping fees: Non-refundable (original shipping charges cannot be returned)
  • Return shipping: Using our prepaid label is free; no deduction from refund
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection, though banks may take up to 10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@arqqos.com with photos of the damage. We'll investigate and replace or refund your item.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, reach out within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve it. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
