At ARQQOS, we're committed to getting your comfortable slippers and insoles to you quickly and safely. We ship worldwide and offer flexible delivery options. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the USA.
Processing & Cut-off Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed on Monday.
Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are determined by your country's customs regulations.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package in real-time using your tracking number. Most carriers provide delivery updates via text message or email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information with your carrier details.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, customs clearance for international orders, or carrier delays may affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracked package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 30 days at support@arqqos.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Delivery Address
Once an order ships, the address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@arqqos.com and we'll attempt to contact the carrier.
Undeliverable Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs to the corrected address.
